Stakeholder Feedback Survey
Check how stakeholders see the project.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Create a stakeholder survey. Project: [PROJECT]. Respondent groups: [GROUPS]. Responses (if available): [RESPONSES]. Design 10 questions: confidence that the project will meet goals; clarity of updates; frequency of updates; responsiveness; understanding of their role; how well their concerns are heard; satisfaction with progress; the biggest risk they see; one thing to start, stop, continue. Use a 1 to 5 scale and open comments. Keep under 4 minutes and explain how results will be used. If responses are provided, compute averages by group and overall, favorable share, differences between groups, and theme counts from comments; flag small groups. Produce an action plan (finding, evidence, action, owner, date) and a summary to share back (120 words). Rules: act on results, keep anonymous where promised, do not defend in the summary. Do not invent responses. Write the introduction (60 words) that states the purpose, time needed, anonymity, and when results will be shared. Provide the analysis table layout with averages by group and a column for the biggest gap between groups.
