Map project stakeholders. Project: [PROJECT]. People and groups involved or affected: [STAKEHOLDERS]. What I know about their attitudes: [ATTITUDES].

Produce a table: Stakeholder | Interest | Influence (1 to 5) | Current support (resistant, neutral, supportive) | Desired support | Needs | Risks | Engagement approach | Owner | Frequency. Place each in a quadrant (manage closely, keep satisfied, keep informed, monitor) and show the logic. Mark attitudes I inferred as assumptions.

Add: a plan for the three most critical relationships (what to discuss, how, when); conversation starters for resistant stakeholders (listen first); a communication calendar for the next 8 weeks; and a method for updating the map monthly. Treat stakeholder analysis as sensitive internal material and avoid labels that would embarrass anyone if seen. Include a check for stakeholders who are forgotten (support functions, end users, legal, IT).

After the table, give the engagement plan for only the six most important stakeholders, with the first contact, the message, and the intended outcome of the first conversation. Mark any attitude I did not evidence as an assumption.
