Teams Channel Naming and Findability Audit
Check names, descriptions and tabs so people can find things.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Audit the findability of Microsoft Teams channels. List of teams and channels with descriptions and tabs: [CHANNEL_LIST]. Common questions people ask about where things are: [FINDABILITY_QUESTIONS]. Check names for consistency and meaning, empty descriptions, channels with overlapping purposes, tabs that duplicate each other, and key resources that are not pinned. Run a five-question test honestly using real questions from my list: for each, list the clicks or searches a reasonable person would try, where they would end up, and whether they would find the answer; count successes and failures, and say when a path is unclear. Check the search terms people try against names and descriptions. For failures propose the smallest fix, such as renaming a channel, adding a pinned post, or moving a file link into a tab, with effort in minutes and a total. Return a table of issues with fixes and a short naming guide with an example for each channel type.
