Audit notification practices in Teams for my team. Survey comments or observations: [OBSERVATIONS]. Notification settings people use: [SETTINGS]. Expectations about response times: [EXPECTATIONS].

Separate the complaints into three groups: too many notifications, missed important messages, and unclear expectations about being online (also status not updated, late-night messages, @mentions to whole channels, and unclear whether a chat message needs a reply). Count each group and give the share of people affected. For each, propose one norm and one setting to try [VERIFY names], and say who should agree. Include urgent-contact rules, such as a phone call for real emergencies, so quiet hours are safe, and remember time zones and shifts. Balance focus and responsiveness; do not require people to be online outside working hours.

Return a table, a one-page agreement, a two-week trial, and three questions for a follow-up survey. Keep the one-page agreement in plain words, and make the first norm one the whole team can follow from tomorrow. List anything you could not judge from the comments, such as how many people responded.
