Supply 15 seed ideas to unstick the group. 3. Write a facilitation script with timing cues. OUTPUT FORMAT: Timed agenda, technique prompts, seed ideas, and script. QUALITY BAR: Include everyone's voice; diverge before converging. End with owners and next steps. Add a post-session follow-up plan: send the clustered ideas within 24 hours, assign owners to the top three experiments, and schedule a short review to report what was learned.
