Confluence Project Overview Page Template and First Draft
Create the front page for a project space.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Draft the overview page for a Confluence project space. Project name and one-line purpose: [PROJECT_AND_PURPOSE]. Sponsor, lead and team: [PEOPLE]. Start and target end dates: [DATES]. Goals and what success looks like: [GOALS]. Main risks I know of: [RISKS]. Status update frequency: [UPDATE_FREQUENCY]. Include purpose; goals with measures; scope (in and out); team and roles as a table; milestones as a table in which every date is supplied by me or marked to be confirmed; current status with a colour and a one-sentence reason (not just a word); the five links readers will want most as placeholders; how to contact the team and who to ask if something is missing; and how to find meeting notes and decisions. Keep it to one screen of reading, with sections for new readers at the top. Offer three optional additions (for example a glossary or FAQ) and say in a sentence what each would cost to maintain. Add a line for the owner to update the status at the stated frequency. Do not include dates, names or figures I have not given; use placeholders in square brackets.

Optional: type your details and the prompt above updates. Nothing is saved or sent.
Replace each bracketed placeholder with your own details, then paste into Any AI or another assistant.
