Turn this meeting transcript into a Confluence page. Transcript: [TRANSCRIPT]. Meeting title, date and attendees: [MEETING_DETAILS]. Project or space it belongs to: [SPACE_OR_PROJECT]. Attribution of quotes is acceptable: [ATTRIBUTION_OK].

Structure the page as a one-paragraph summary; Decisions (who decided, with the reason in a clause); Action items as a table with Action, Owner and Due date; Discussion points grouped by topic with two or three bullets each; Open questions; and Next meeting. Only list an owner or date when the transcript states one; otherwise write 'to be confirmed'. Remove filler and side conversations but keep any disagreement left unresolved. Keep quotes short, and do not add names or commitments that are not in the transcript.

Output Markdown I can paste into the Confluence editor, with headings, a table and a task list for actions; if my editor does not convert it, I will use the formatting toolbar and keep the same structure [VERIFY]. End with a short line listing what you were unsure about, such as an unclear speaker or a number you could not hear.

Invented excerpt. Summary: The team agreed to move the launch to 14 March and to test the payment flow first.
Decisions: Launch moves to 14 March (agreed by the group; reason: payment testing not finished).
Actions: Test payment flow | Owner: to be confirmed | Due: before 7 March | Source: "we need it tested a week ahead".
Open question: Who approves the new date with the client? Third decision recorded: The client call moves to Thursday (agreed by the group). Open questions list: Who approves the new date with the client? What is the fallback if the payment test fails? Note to the author: the transcript did not say who owns the payment test, so the owner is left as to be confirmed instead of guessed.
