Slack Response Time and Thread Discipline Audit
Check whether questions get answers and conversations stay organised.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Audit response patterns in a Slack channel using a sample of questions: question time, first reply time, who replied, whether a thread was used, and whether the question was resolved: [QUESTION_SAMPLE]. Response expectations: [EXPECTATIONS]. Show the sample size and calculate the median and 90th percentile first-reply time, the share answered within the expectation, the share with no answer (separating not answered from answered elsewhere), the share using threads, and the share where one person gave more than half the answers, with arithmetic. Identify times of day with the slowest responses and the load on the person who answers most, with ways to share it. Focus on how the channel is organised, not individuals, and note that a small sample may mislead. Return a table, three hypotheses with a test for each, a short set of channel rules to try for two weeks, and a simple weekly count the channel owner can keep.
