[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit the interruption load from Slack for me or my team. Data: notifications per day, @channel and @here counts, channels with the most traffic, bots and integrations that post, my notification settings, and the times I deliberately work without interruption: [NOTIFICATION_DATA]. Work that needs deep focus: [FOCUS_WORK]. State the sample size and note that counts may miss messages seen directly in channels. Calculate average notifications per day, the share from bots and integrations, the share from @channel and @here, and the longest uninterrupted block in a typical day, showing arithmetic. Classify channels as must-see, should-see and can-wait and propose notification settings for each, do-not-disturb hours, and a rule for how fast people should reply. Define how urgent matters reach people, such as a phone call, so nobody is unreachable in a real emergency. Settings differ between desktop, mobile and workspaces [VERIFY]. Return a table, a two-week experiment with a measure and review date, and a short message proposing shared norms to the team.
