Run a short sprint from problem to prototype.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Plan a one-day design thinking workshop. Challenge and participants: [CHALLENGE_PARTICIPANTS]. Users we can access: [USERS]. Output wanted: [OUTPUT]. Create an agenda: framing the challenge, user empathy using interview insights, defining the problem, idea generation, selecting ideas with criteria, rapid prototyping, and testing with feedback. For each block provide time, instructions, materials, outputs and facilitation tips. Include templates for an empathy map, a problem statement, and a test plan. Add a pre-work request, a plan for remote participation, and a follow-up plan with owners. Emphasise ethical research practices: consent and privacy when involving real users, marked [VERIFY] for [JURISDICTION]. Also add a materials list, room layout description, and a one-page guide for facilitators on keeping groups moving without cutting off ideas, plus a plan for storing outputs and sharing them afterwards. Also add a decision framework for choosing which ideas to prototype, with criteria for desirability, feasibility and viability and a simple scoring method, and a note on keeping ideas that were not chosen for a later round.
