Five-Minute Talk Outline With a Single Idea

Outline a five-minute talk. Topic: [TOPIC]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. The one idea they should remember: [ONE_IDEA]. My story or example: [STORY_OR_EXAMPLE]. Build the outline: a 20-second opening that earns attention, a clear statement of the idea, two supporting points with an example each, a closing line that repeats the idea and invites action. Estimate timing with about 130 words per minute and show the word count for each section. Return the outline, a full script of about 650 words in plain spoken language, and three alternative openings. Use only my story and facts; mark gaps as questions. Add a worked word-count plan: opening 65 words (30 seconds), idea statement 40 words, first point and example 200 words, second point and example 200 words, close 90 words, giving 595 words, which at 130 words per minute is 4.6 minutes. Replace with my numbers. Add a rehearsal tip: record yourself on a phone and listen for filler words and rushed endings.
