Conference Keynote Outline From One Idea
Turn a single idea into a 30-minute talk.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[ADD SOURCE] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Replace or resolve each flag before you use the result.
Build a keynote outline from one core idea. The idea in one sentence: [CORE_IDEA]. The audience and what they currently believe: [AUDIENCE_BELIEFS]. Stories, data and examples I can use: [MATERIAL]. Time slot: [TIME_SLOT]. Ask me what I want the audience to do or think differently afterwards. Then design a talk with an opening that creates tension, three sections that each carry one claim with evidence and a story, a turning point, a section on objections, and a close with a clear call to action. Provide timings to the minute, the transitions between sections in one sentence each, and a map of where to pause and where to ask the audience a question. Include a table linking each claim to its evidence and a flag where evidence is missing [ADD SOURCE]. Suggest three ways to cut ten minutes if the slot shrinks, and a one-line summary that the audience could repeat to a colleague. Also add a rehearsal plan over two weeks, with a run-through for a friendly audience, a recorded run to check pacing, and a final dress rehearsal with the slides and the clicker. Include a plan for checking the room and microphone before the session. Add a section on delivery and rehearsal. Provide a rehearsal schedule over three weeks: week one clarify the argument and write the stories, week two practise out loud and cut a third of the material, week three rehearse with slides and a timer for an audience of two or three. Add guidance on voice and movement, a technique for starting without notes, and a checklist for the room (microphone type, clicker, screen position, lighting, backup copy of slides). Provide a plan for the final fifteen minutes before going on stage and for the first thirty seconds. Include a table for tracking timings by section, and a feedback form for the audience of three questions to collect after the session.

Idea (invented): 'Small teams win by deleting meetings.' Opening (3 min): story of a team that cut weekly meetings from 12 hours to 4 and shipped faster. Section 1 (7 min): claim 'Most meetings exist to share status'; evidence: team survey (source needed [ADD SOURCE]). Section 2 (7 min): claim 'Written updates scale better'; story from my project. Turning point (3 min): when deleting meetings fails. Objections (5 min). Close (5 min): call to action: delete one meeting this week. Total 30 minutes.
