Write speaker notes for a ten-minute update. Slides or topics: [SLIDES_TOPICS]. Audience and what they care about: [AUDIENCE]. Key message: [KEY_MESSAGE]. Produce notes slide by slide with the words to say in the first sentence, two supporting points, a transition to the next slide, and a timing mark. Keep total speaking time to nine minutes to leave room for a question. Include cues for pauses, emphasis and when to ask the audience a question. Provide a version in bullet form for glancing and a full script for rehearsal, and a plan for what to cut if time is short. Mark facts I should verify before presenting [VERIFY]. Also add a short rehearsal plan: read aloud once for timing, once without notes for flow, and once in front of a colleague, and a list of the three phrases to memorise for the opening and closing. Also provide a final check: read the notes aloud against a timer, mark where you ran over, cut one example, and confirm that the key message is stated twice, at the start and at the end.
