Plan how I will use witnesses. The claim: [CLAIM_SUMMARY]. Possible witnesses and what each saw: [WITNESSES]. Whether they can attend in person or online: [ATTENDANCE]. What I need the court to hear: [KEY_POINTS].

For each witness, create a one-paragraph summary of what they can say from first-hand knowledge, a list of five to seven short, open questions that let them tell it in order (Where were you? What did you see? What time was it? What did you do next?), the exhibits they can identify, and what not to ask (opinions, speculation, anything they only heard from others). Give a witness briefing sheet in plain language: arrive early, tell the truth, answer only the question asked, say if you do not remember, bring ID. Suggest alternative evidence if a witness cannot attend, such as a signed statement, and a note that the court's rules on written statements and witness summonses may apply [VERIFY].

Remind me never to coach a witness on what to say. This is preparation help, not legal advice.

I want help, not legal advice. Quote no statute from memory. Use [JURISDICTION] and [RELEVANT_LAW_OR_POLICY_IF_KNOWN] as given. Remind me to verify the rules. Threaten nothing beyond lawful steps.
