Write a test plan for my Stripe checkout. Flow: [CHECKOUT_FLOW]. Payment methods enabled: [PAYMENT_METHODS]. Pages and emails involved: [PAGES_AND_EMAILS]. Who will test: [TESTERS].

Use only Stripe's published test card numbers and values from the current documentation [VERIFY], never real cards, and no secret keys. Results table with Scenario, Steps, Expected, Actual, Pass or fail and Notes, with one clear expected result per scenario so a tester can pass or fail it: successful payment, declined payment, insufficient funds, authentication required, expired card, wrong postcode if checked, refund, partial refund, dispute simulation if available, and a payment that takes time to confirm. For each give the steps, expected screen, expected email, and what to check in the dashboard and my own records. Add accessibility checks (keyboard use, error messages read by screen readers) and a mobile test. Nothing in test mode moves real money; live mode is tested only by the account owner with a small genuine payment that is then refunded.
