Merge these overlapping Confluence pages into one. The pages, each with title, owner, last edited date, views if known and full text: [PAGES]. The topic the merged page should cover and its audience: [TOPIC_AND_AUDIENCE]. Pages that link to the old ones, if known: [INBOUND_LINKS].

Compare the pages section by section in a table showing, for each topic, which pages mention it, which version is newest and where they conflict. Propose a structure and write the merged page using the newest correct text and keeping unique details from older pages. Flag each conflict in square brackets with the question to ask the owners; do not decide between conflicting facts yourself. List what you left out and why. No unique information should be lost.

Then give a retirement plan for the old pages: archive, replace with a short page pointing to the new one, or delete after the owners agree, in an order that keeps links working, so readers arriving from old links have a clear route. Return the conflict table, the merged page in Markdown, a retirement table (page, action, owner to ask, date), and a message to the owners. Mark page moves, redirects and archiving features [VERIFY].

Invented pages: 'Leave policy', 'Holiday rules 2023', 'Time off FAQ'. Conflict table: carry-over limit stated as 5 days (Leave policy, edited March 2026), 3 days (Holiday rules 2023, edited 2023), 5 days (FAQ). Newest source wins, but the conflict is flagged: [Carry-over: 5 days per the March 2026 policy; confirm with HR]. Merged page sections: Entitlement, Requesting leave, Carry-over, Sickness, FAQ. Retirement plan: archive 'Holiday rules 2023' after HR agrees; keep 'Time off FAQ' as a short page linking to the merged policy; update the 6 pages that link to the old page.
