Clean up these rough meeting notes into a Confluence page. The notes as typed or pasted, including abbreviations and fragments: [ROUGH_NOTES]. Meeting title, date, attendees and absentees: [MEETING_DETAILS]. Terms and acronyms specific to us: [GLOSSARY].

Expand abbreviations using my glossary and mark any you cannot expand [ASK]. Organise the notes under topic headings, write in the past tense, and separate decisions, actions and open questions. Put actions in a table with owner and date only if the notes state them. Keep numbers and names exactly as written, flag figures that look inconsistent, and add no opinion or interpretation. Remove private remarks about individuals. Start with a one-paragraph summary and a list of attendees.

Output Markdown that pastes into Confluence, followed by a list of unclear notes with the question to ask the note-taker. Task lists and mentions may need adding by hand in the editor [VERIFY]. The page should be faithful to the notes, with no invented owners or dates, and readable by someone who was not there.
