Review outside access to our Slack workspace as a defensive review of my own workspace. List of guests and members of shared channels with organisation, the channels they can access, how they were invited and their last activity: [GUEST_LIST]. Channels that contain sensitive information: [SENSITIVE_CHANNELS]. Our policy on external collaboration: [POLICY]. Count guests, those inactive for 60 days, guests with access to more than one channel, guests in sensitive channels, shared channels with no clear owner, and guests whose organisation relationship has ended, with arithmetic and percentages. For each finding explain the realistic risk in plain words (for example a former contractor still reading project discussions) and the smallest fix, recommending least privilege and removal when the work ends. Return a table (Person or channel, Organisation, Access, Last activity, Risk, Action), a quarterly review routine, a message to channel owners asking them to confirm each guest, an offboarding step for ending a project (remove guests, archive the channel, save decisions elsewhere), and questions for the workspace administrator. Mark settings and admin screens [VERIFY].
