Notion Template Sprawl and Duplicate Page Audit
Clean up copies.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit the templates and duplicate pages in my Notion workspace. List of templates and databases with name, owner, last edited, number of pages created from it in the last 90 days, and notes: [TEMPLATE_LIST]. Pages I suspect are copies with titles like Copy of, v2 or final: [SUSPECTED_DUPLICATES]. Teams that use the workspace: [TEAMS]. Count the templates, those unused for 90 days, near-duplicate names, and templates whose structure overlaps (for example three meeting note templates), with percentages and arithmetic. For each overlapping group say which to keep, merge or archive, with the reason. Every kept template needs an owner, a short description of when to use it, and a last-reviewed date. Return a table with Template, Uses in 90 days, Overlaps with, Decision and Owner to ask. Clean-up order that avoids breaking links: archive rather than delete, wait 30 days, then remove after confirming no relations or rollups depend on them. Add a naming convention and a one-paragraph announcement. Base findings on the lists, ask for missing information, and mark Notion features you are unsure of [VERIFY].
