Review the apps, bots and connectors installed in our Microsoft Teams environment as a defensive review of my own organisation. List with app name, publisher, where installed (team, channel or personal), who added it, permissions or data it can access as shown, last used, and purpose: [APP_LIST]. Our policy on third-party apps: [POLICY]. Data sensitivity of the teams involved: [SENSITIVITY].

Classify each app as essential, useful, duplicate, unused or unknown, with counts and percentages. For each, note what data it could read or post, whether it connects to an outside service, and whether anyone still owns it. Flag apps added by people who have left, apps with broad permissions, and apps in sensitive teams. Recommend removal or tighter control, and do not suggest ways around approval processes.

Return a table with App, Where, Access, Owner, Last used, Risk and Decision, a process for approving new apps (request, review of permissions, trial in one team, decision, review after 90 days), a message asking owners to confirm, and questions for the Teams administrator. Mark settings and admin screens [VERIFY].
