Audit my search ads for waste. Search terms report with clicks, cost and conversions for the last 30 days: [SEARCH_TERMS]. Campaign settings (match types, locations, schedule, devices): [SETTINGS]. Monthly budget and target cost per conversion: [BUDGET_AND_TARGET]. Group search terms into relevant, borderline and irrelevant. Calculate spend on terms with no conversions and the share of total spend, with arithmetic. Check broad match drift, location and language settings, ad schedule against opening hours, brand terms mixed with generic terms, and missing negative keywords. Return a table of terms with a recommended action (keep, add as negative, change match type), a starter negative keyword list grouped by theme, the estimated monthly saving with its assumptions, and a weekly routine. Do not recommend changes based on fewer than 30 clicks without saying the data is thin. Add a worked waste calculation with invented numbers. Last 30 days: spend 1,500, 60 conversions, cost per conversion 25. Search terms with conversions account for 900 of spend; terms with no conversions account for 600, which is 40 percent of the total. Of the 600, terms that are irrelevant (for example free, jobs, how to make it yourself) account for 240; borderline terms 360. If the irrelevant terms are blocked with negatives, the saving is up to 240 a month, 16 percent of spend; and if the borderline terms are tested for two more weeks and half still produce nothing, a further 180 could be saved. If the saved money moves to terms converting at 25, it could buy about 240 / 25 = 9.6 extra conversions, though returns usually fall as spend rises. Show the same steps with my numbers. Negative keyword groups: free and cheap, jobs and training, diy, competitors, informational (what is, how to). Check match types: broad match with automated bidding can expand to loosely related searches; use phrase or exact for the core terms until data supports more. Check the ad schedule against opening hours and the response time on forms, location settings (presence versus interest), and device performance. Add a weekly routine: export search terms, mark irrelevant ones, add negatives, note changes with dates. Remind me that I need at least 30 clicks per item before judging it.

Invented 30 days: spend 1,500; 60 conversions; cost per conversion 1,500 / 60 = 25. Terms with conversions: 900. Terms with no conversions: 600 = 40 percent of spend. Of those, irrelevant terms (free, jobs, DIY) 240 = 16 percent of total; borderline 360. If the irrelevant terms are blocked: saving up to 240 a month. Moved to terms converting at 25: about 9.6 extra conversions, though returns usually fall as spend rises. Next: add negatives by theme; retest the borderline terms for two more weeks.
