Audit my seed-stage pitch deck. Slide-by-slide text and descriptions of visuals: [DECK_CONTENT]. Raise amount and use of funds: [RAISE_DETAILS]. Traction I can document: [TRACTION].

For each slide, state the claim it makes in a sentence, whether evidence supports it, and what question an investor will ask next. Check order, density, charts that mislead, undefined terms, missing slides, and any claim the traction slide does not support.

Return a table with Slide, Claim, Evidence, Score from 1 to 10 and Fix, a top-five list of changes, and the three hardest questions with honest answer outlines. Do not suggest overstating traction; mark unsupported figures [ADD SOURCE]. Investment decisions are the reader's own [VERIFY].

Also mark slides to delete, merge or move to an appendix.

Then prepare the data room and the question bank. List the documents an investor will ask for after the first meeting, such as the cap table, financials, customer list, contracts, intellectual property position and team agreements, and note which should exist before the pitch. Write the twenty hardest questions by theme with a short, honest answer outline for each, based only on what I have told you, and mark where I do not yet know the answer. Provide a plan for finding the answers in two weeks. Add a one-page version of the deck as an email introduction and a script for the first three minutes of the meeting. Explain how to handle questions about valuation and terms without making promises, and recommend legal advice before sharing sensitive information or signing anything [VERIFY] for [JURISDICTION]. This is education, not investment advice.

Add a final note on which slide to rehearse most, which to cut if the meeting is short, and the single sentence I want investors to repeat to colleagues afterwards.

Avoid personalised advice about what to buy, sell or borrow. Describe scenarios and trade-offs only, and tag any rule on tax, insurance or credit [VERIFY] with the authority that publishes it.

Slide 6 Market: top-down figure of 40 billion; no bottom-up. Score 4.
Slide 9 Team: skills listed, roles unclear. Score 6.
Slide 11 Ask: amount stated, milestones missing. Score 5.
Top changes: show real pilots (3 signed), define churn, add use of funds. Hardest questions: why now? who else tried? what if the pilot customers leave?
