Create an accessibility review checklist for a design. Design type (web, mobile, document): [DESIGN_TYPE]. Components used: [COMPONENTS]. Audience: [AUDIENCE].

Produce a checklist table: Area | Check | Pass/Fail | Notes. Include color contrast (text and interface elements), not relying on color alone, text size and scaling, touch target size, focus order and visible focus, keyboard operation, headings and landmarks, link and button labels, form labels and error messages, alt text for informative images, motion and animation controls, captions and transcripts for media, reading order, and plain language.

Note that standards references (such as WCAG success criteria and the level you aim for) should be confirmed with an accessibility specialist [VERIFY]. Add a short guide to testing with a screen reader and keyboard, a template for logging issues (location, issue, impact, fix, standard reference), and a plan to include people with disabilities in testing. Do not claim compliance; recommend a formal audit for conformance statements.
