Write an executive summary for a proposal. The buyer, their situation, and goals: [BUYER_AND_GOALS]. Our proposed solution: [SOLUTION]. Evidence and results: [EVIDENCE]. Investment and timeline: [INVESTMENT_AND_TIMELINE]. Produce a summary of 250 to 300 words: the situation in the buyer's words (2 sentences); the cost of not acting (with their figures if known); our approach in three points; expected outcomes with measures and a baseline; why us (proof only, no adjectives); investment and what it includes; timeline and the decision date; and the next step. Give two versions: one for a finance-led reader and one for a technical reader, and a 100-word email version. Run a quality check: every claim has evidence, every benefit ties to a goal they stated, and nothing appears that was not discussed. Flag unsupported claims as [ADD PROOF]. Provide the summary with a bolded decision request at the end, keep the length within the given limit, and provide the checklist showing each claim and the proposal page that supports it, so a reader can verify quickly.
