Create a quote with three options. The client and their need: [CLIENT_AND_NEED]. My services and pricing logic: [SERVICES_AND_PRICING]. Costs and minimum margin: [COSTS_AND_MARGIN]. Timeline constraints: [TIMELINE].

Design three options that differ in scope and outcomes, not in quality. Return a table: Option | Who it suits | What's included | What's not included | Timeline | Price | Why choose it. Make the middle option the one you would recommend and explain why with the client's goals. Check the margin for each option with arithmetic (price minus cost divided by price). Add an "upgrade path" from Good to Better.

Then write the quote email (130 to 180 words): thank the client, restate their need in one sentence, present the options in a short list, state the recommended option and the reason, explain what happens after they choose, set a validity date, and invite questions. Provide a one-line summary for each option that the client can forward to a colleague, and responses to "Can you do something between Good and Better?" and "Can you lower the price?" without discounting unsupported by scope changes. Use only the prices and costs I provide.

Subject: Three options for your kitchen repainting
Hi Tom, thank you for showing me the house. Here are three ways to do it.
Good, 1,850: walls and ceiling, two coats, you move furniture.
Better, 2,400: includes trim and doors, we move and cover furniture.
Best, 3,100: adds wall repairs, premium low-odor paint, and a five-year touch-up visit.
Most customers with your older plaster choose Better because the repairs in Best only matter if the cracks worry you.
