Prepare me for questions after my PowerPoint presentation. Slide text: [SLIDE_TEXT]. Audience and their concerns: [AUDIENCE_CONCERNS]. Facts and data I can support: [SUPPORTING_FACTS]. Topics that are off limits or unknown: [LIMITS].

List the 15 most likely questions in categories (data, method, cost, risk, timing, alternatives, personal views), ranked by likelihood and difficulty with the five hardest first. For each give a short answer of two or three sentences using only my facts, the evidence slide to jump to, and a follow-up if the question is hostile. For the hard ones say what evidence would change my answer. Provide honest responses for questions I cannot answer, such as 'I don't have that figure; I will find out and reply by [DATE]'. Mark any answer that needs a fact I did not give. Identify slides to keep as hidden backup slides. Add rules for the session (restate the question, answer briefly, check it answered, park off-topic questions) and a rehearsal with a colleague who asks questions in a different order.
