Write quiz slides for a PowerPoint training deck. Topic and objectives: [TOPIC_AND_OBJECTIVES]. Learners: [LEARNERS]. How answers will be collected (hands, polling tool, paper): [ANSWER_METHOD]. Write eight questions testing the objectives and understanding, with four options, one correct answer, plausible wrong answers that reveal misunderstandings, and a short explanation for each; avoid trick questions. Write the first three in full. Model: 'A customer reports a billing error. What is the first step? A) Refund immediately B) Log the report with the order number C) Tell them it is their mistake D) Close the ticket.' B is correct because the record allows the owner to investigate. Build one question per slide, options as separate lines, answer and explanation on the next slide, with no animation that gives away the answer. Place a check after each section. Define a pass mark such as 7 of 8 and a way to review the questions most people got wrong. Provide a facilitator script for discussing wrong answers and a plan if most get one wrong. Accessibility: describe images aloud, use large text and do not rely on colour. Flag version-dependent features [VERIFY].
