Create a dependency and assumption register. Project: [PROJECT]. Teams and external parties involved: [PARTIES]. Known handoffs: [HANDOFFS].

Produce two tables. Dependencies: ID | Description | Needed from | Needed by (date) | Owner | Status | Impact if late | Fallback. Assumptions: ID | Assumption | Basis | Owner to validate | Validate by | Risk if wrong.

Seed the registers with at least ten entries each, deriving them from my inputs and common patterns (approvals, vendor deliveries, access to systems, data availability, skills, decisions, regulatory sign-off). Mark inferred entries as "inferred, confirm". Add a review routine (weekly in the status meeting), a rule that every assumption gets validated or converted to a risk, a traffic-light status key, and an escalation path for dependencies at risk. Include a message to a dependency owner (60 words) asking for a commitment date.

Limit each register to the 15 most important entries, order by date needed, and mark any dependency that has no named owner or no agreed date as 'unowned' in the first column so it stands out when scanned.
