Sprint Review Presentation Outline
Show progress and gather feedback.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Plan a sprint review. Sprint goal: [SPRINT_GOAL]. Completed items and demos: [COMPLETED_ITEMS]. Not completed: [NOT_COMPLETED]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Produce a 45-minute agenda: goal recap (3), demo of working items in the order of user value (20), what was not completed and why (5), metrics (3), feedback and questions (10), backlog implications (4). For each demo provide a script: user problem, steps to show, expected result, and a question to the audience. Add a feedback capture table (comment, who, action, owner) and rules (only demonstrate done work, no slides when software can be shown, invite stakeholders). Include a message inviting stakeholders (70 words), a plan for handling unfinished work honestly, and a one-page summary for those who could not attend. Do not claim features are done if they do not meet the definition of done; mark them [VERIFY]. Provide a demo order justified by user value, a sentence for each demo that starts with the user's goal, and a rule for handling items that were demonstrated but are not fully done: show them clearly labelled as 'not yet done'.
