[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.

Write user stories. Product and users: [PRODUCT_AND_USERS]. Need or feature idea: [NEED]. Constraints and rules: [RULES].

Produce five stories in this format: Title | As a [user], I want [capability], so that [benefit] | Acceptance criteria in Given/When/Then form (at least 3 each, including one error case) | Out of scope | Questions for the team | Estimate guess (small, medium, large) with reasoning.

Example: Given a logged-in user with an empty cart, when they open the checkout page, then they see a message that the cart is empty and a link back to the shop.

Check each story against INVEST (independent, negotiable, valuable, estimable, small, testable), listing any failures and splitting oversized stories. Add non-functional criteria where relevant (accessibility, performance) and a test checklist. Do not invent product behavior; mark assumptions as [VERIFY].

For each story, include one 'not now' note describing a related need deliberately left out, and label estimates as small (under one day), medium (one to three days), or large (needs splitting) so large ones are visibly flagged.

Story: As a clinic receptionist, I want to reschedule an appointment from the calendar, so that patients do not need to call twice.
Acceptance criteria:
1 Given an existing booking, when I drag it to another free slot, then the time updates and the patient receives a confirmation message.
2 Given a slot already booked, when I drop the booking there, then the system rejects the move and says "That time is taken".
3 Given a cancelled booking, when I try to reschedule it, then I see "Cancelled bookings cannot be moved".
Out of scope: recurring appointments.
Estimate: medium. Question: should patients be able to decline the new time?

Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
