Write a discovery readout. Research activities and sample: [RESEARCH_ACTIVITIES]. Raw findings: [FINDINGS]. Audience (leadership, engineers, designers): [AUDIENCE]. Decision pending: [DECISION]. Produce a readout of one page and a 10-slide outline: the question we set out to answer; method and sample (with limits); the answer in one sentence; key findings (5), each with evidence (counts, quotes), confidence level, and implication; what surprised us; what we still don't know; recommendation for the decision; and next steps with owners. Rules: lead with the answer, separate observation from interpretation, quote exact words, state sample size honestly, and avoid claiming statistical significance from small samples. Add a table: Finding | Evidence | Confidence | Implication | Recommended action. Include a Q&A of eight likely questions. Do not invent evidence. Keep the one-page readout to 350 words, and for each finding give a confidence label (high, medium, low) with the reason, such as the number of participants and whether behavior was observed or only reported.
