The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Build jobs-to-be-done statements. Product area: [PRODUCT_AREA]. Customer segments: [SEGMENTS]. Interview notes or observations: [NOTES]. For each segment extract: the situation (when), the motivation (want to), the expected outcome (so I can); the forces: push (what frustrates them now), pull (what attracts them to a new way), anxiety (fears about switching), habit (what keeps them in the current way); and competing solutions, including doing nothing, spreadsheets, or hiring someone. Output format: 1. For each segment, three to five statements in the form "When [situation], I want to [motivation], so I can [outcome]", each under 30 words. 2. A table: Job | Importance (high, medium, low, with evidence) | Current solutions | Satisfaction gap | Opportunity | Evidence count (how many interviews mention it). Flag any statement supported by one interview as 'hypothesis'. 3. The notes quoted for each element, with inferences marked. 4. Questions to validate each job in the next round. 5. A note on how this differs from a persona: focus on situation, not demographics.

Segment: freelance designers. Job: "When a client asks for changes after sign-off, I want to show what was agreed, so I can charge fairly without damaging the relationship." Forces: push - clients dispute scope (4 of 6 interviews); pull - a clear change-order template; anxiety - looking rigid; habit - handling it by email. Competing solutions: spreadsheets, contracts, doing the work free. Importance: high (5 of 6). Satisfaction gap: large. Opportunity: a simple scope-change request tool. Evidence: P2: "I hate that conversation." P5: "I lost 600 last year doing extra work." Validation next: show a template to three designers and ask if they would use it on their next project.
