The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Create a content brief template. Types of content I commission: [CONTENT_TYPES]. Typical writers (in-house, freelancers): [WRITERS]. Problems I have had with drafts: [PROBLEMS]. Provide a template with fields: purpose, audience and their question, search intent where relevant, key message, outline, sources to use, claims that need evidence, tone, length, internal links, call to action, deadline, and approval steps. Add a quality bar section with ten yes or no checks that the editor applies before accepting a draft. Include an example brief filled in for an invented article about choosing a bicycle helmet size, labelled as an illustration, and a short feedback guide for the writer. Mark legal or medical topics as needing expert review [VERIFY]. Also add a feedback template for editors, with praise, required changes and optional suggestions separated, and a short onboarding note for new writers describing how the briefs are used. Include the ten quality checks as a numbered list ready to paste into a document, with a column for pass or fix and one for the editor's comment.
