Write a refund request after a platform removed a course or class I had paid for. What I will tell you: platform [PLATFORM_NAME], course and instructor [COURSE_AND_INSTRUCTOR], price and date [PRICE_AND_DATE], progress made [PROGRESS_MADE], what happened to the course [WHAT_HAPPENED], what I want [DESIRED_REMEDY].

The letter needs to state what I paid for, what I received, and ask for a refund proportionate to what I could not complete. Calculate a refund in proportion to the modules I could not complete, and ask for a refund to the original payment method or a replacement of equal value. Attach the receipt and the course page I saved, and ask the platform to tell me why the course was removed.

Facts and papers worth gathering: Receipt, a screenshot of the course page before removal, progress records, and the platform's refund terms. What I can realistically request: Full refund, pro rata refund, or a replacement course. They will often answer: Platforms may point to a refund window; reply by pointing to the removal and asking for an exception.

For the online course platform cancelled content refund, write the letter, then grade it from 1 to 5 on clarity, evidence, tone, the request, the date, and facts, and rewrite weak parts and show the scores before and after. Deliver the letter itself plus a cover note of about 50 words, and next an escalation ladder if I am ignored (ask support, then a manager, then the card issuer), and a list of exhibits (receipt, course page, progress, refund terms). Submit the letter through the official portal or form if one exists, and download the submission receipt as a PDF and keep the confirmation email in the case folder.

Write this in the first person as a layperson, without posing as counsel. Invent no statute or deadline; use [JURISDICTION] and [RELEVANT_LAW_OR_POLICY_IF_KNOWN] only as I give them, and add a line telling me to confirm the rules with a professional or consumer agency. Write it direct, fair and respectful, with no insults or empty threats, use only the date in [DEADLINE], and be honest about limits. None of this is legal advice.

Hello,
I bought the course 'Data Skills for Managers' on 6 March for 89 dollars and completed 4 of the 10 modules. On 20 April it was removed from the platform and my library shows 'unavailable'. I attach the receipt, the course page I saved on 5 March and my progress screen.
I would like a refund proportionate to what I cannot complete: 6 of 10 modules is 53.40. If you have a replacement course covering the same content, I would consider that instead. Please reply by 10 May.
