Slide Redesign Brief: From Wall of Text to Clear Slide
Rework dense slides into readable ones.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Redesign these slides. Slide text: [SLIDE_TEXT]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. The one point of each slide: [KEY_POINTS]. Brand constraints: [BRAND_CONSTRAINTS]. For each slide return a before and after: the new headline as a sentence, no more than three supporting items of ten words or fewer, a suggested visual with what it shows, and speaker notes holding the detail removed from the slide. Move supporting data to an appendix list. Add a layout description with font sizes, alignment and spacing, contrast guidance, and alt text for the visual. Explain the reason for each change in one line. Keep all numbers exactly as I gave them. Add rules for numbers on slides: show one number per chart headline, round sensibly, and keep exact figures in the notes. Provide a quick checklist for each slide: can it be understood in five seconds, is the text readable from the back of the room, and does the visual add meaning. Suggest a version of the deck for sharing without a presenter, with fuller text.

Invented slide, before: a 90-word paragraph about customer onboarding delays. After headline: "Onboarding takes 14 days; the target is 7." Three items: "Document checks wait 5 days"; "Account setup waits 4 days"; "Training booking waits 3 days". Check: 5 + 4 + 3 = 12 days of waiting inside the 14. Visual: horizontal bar split into those three segments, labelled directly. Alt text: "Bar showing 12 of 14 onboarding days spent waiting." Notes: the removed detail about causes goes in the speaker notes.
Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
