Create a training plan. Role: [ROLE]. Tasks and systems the person must master: [TASKS_AND_SYSTEMS]. Existing training material: [EXISTING_MATERIAL]. Trainers available: [TRAINERS]. Produce a plan that sequences learning from simple to complex. Table: Week | Skill | Method (shadowing, guided practice, reading, solo with review) | Material | Trainer | Check (how we know they can do it) | Sign-off. Define competence levels: observed, assisted, independent, can teach others. Add: a skills matrix template; a list of tasks that need extra safety or compliance attention (flag these for the responsible person to confirm [VERIFY]); guidance for trainers (explain why, demonstrate, let the learner try, give specific feedback); a weekly 20-minute review agenda; and a way to capture questions for improving documentation. Include a short quiz of 8 questions based on the tasks listed, with answers. Use only the tasks I gave, and mark gaps in material. Provide the plan as a table by week with the competence level to reach, and the sign-off method for each (observed task, short test, or review of work), plus one example competence check written out in full.
