Help me connect my notes. A set of note titles with a sentence summarizing each: [NOTE_LIST]. My main projects and questions: [PROJECTS_AND_QUESTIONS]. Linking conventions in my tool: [LINK_CONVENTIONS]. Return: BEFORE: a map of how my notes are connected now (if I provided links) or "unlinked", and a list of orphans. AFTER: link suggestions in a table: Note | Link to | Type of relationship (supports, contradicts, example of, cause of, part of, prerequisite for, answers) | One-sentence reason | Confidence (high, medium, low). Suggest at most three links per note and explain only those that help thinking, not links for their own sake. INDEX NOTES: 3 to 5 maps of content that group notes by theme, with a short intro for each and a suggested order. GAPS: concepts the notes mention but do not explain, questions raised but unanswered, and notes that conflict, with a suggestion to write a bridging or resolving note. TITLE IMPROVEMENTS: rewrite unclear titles into claim-style titles. ROUTINE: a 15-minute routine to add links when creating a note. Use only the notes I listed; do not invent content. Mark low-confidence links so I can review them.
