Design a one-page dashboard for leaders.

The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.

Design a one-page executive dashboard. Company and audience: [COMPANY_AND_AUDIENCE]. Decisions the dashboard should support: [DECISIONS]. Available data sources and refresh rates: [DATA_SOURCES]. Tool: [BI_TOOL].

Return tables and a text wireframe:
1. KPI selection: KPI | Why it matters | Formula and data source | Target | Frequency | Owner. Limit to eight, choosing leading and lagging measures.
2. Layout in a text grid: rows and columns with the position of each tile, chart type, and size, using ASCII boxes. Top row: headline KPIs with change versus last period. Middle: trend charts. Bottom: breakdowns and alerts.
3. Chart choices: Metric | Chart type | Why | Colors rule (use color to signal status only) | Labels.
4. Interactions: filters, drill-downs, and defaults.
5. Definitions panel and data freshness stamp.
6. Accessibility notes: contrast, text alternatives, no color-only meaning.
7. Test: three questions an executive should answer in under 30 seconds.

Add a list of things not to put on the page and a plan to validate the numbers against finance records before launch. Use only KPIs relevant to the decisions I listed.
