Constraint Writer for Length Tone and Banned Phrases
Control style without making output stiff.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Write constraints for a prompt. The task: [TASK]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Tone I want: [TONE]. Length: [LENGTH]. Phrases and habits I dislike in AI writing: [DISLIKED_PHRASES]. Brand or style rules: [STYLE_RULES].
Produce:
1. A constraint block of 8 to 12 lines, grouped as Must, Should, and Must not, in clear positive wording where possible (for example "Use plain words a 12-year-old would know" rather than "Don't be complicated").
2. Length control methods ranked by reliability: ask for a number of sentences or bullets; give a maximum with a reason; ask for a draft then a trimmed version; specify the length of each section.
3. A short list of banned phrases with replacements, and a note that bans work best when paired with an example of what to do.
4. An example of a prompt before and after adding constraints, with the output differences described.
5. A warning list: contradictory constraints, too many rules, and rules that produce odd phrasing.
6. A self-check instruction the assistant can follow ("Before answering, check that the response meets each rule; fix it silently").
Provide the finished constraint block ready to paste, and a lighter version of three lines. Keep the rules testable: someone should be able to check each rule on the result.

Optional: type your details and the prompt above updates. Nothing is saved or sent.
Replace each bracketed placeholder with your own details, then paste into Any AI or another assistant.

Must: answer in at most 120 words; use plain words a 12-year-old knows; give one concrete example.
Should: start with the answer; use "you" not "one".
Must not: use "leverage", "delve", or "game-changing" - instead state the plain action ("use", "look at").
Self-check: "Before answering, check that the response meets each rule; fix it silently."
Before/after: "Explain our returns policy" -> with constraints produces a 90-word explanation with one example. Avoid contradictory rules (short but detailed). Lighter version (3 lines) included.Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
