Meeting Effectiveness Audit From Agenda, Notes and Outcomes
Check whether recent meetings were worth the time.

Audit three recent meetings. For each: purpose, agenda, attendees and roles, length, notes or minutes, decisions, actions, and what happened afterwards: [MEETING_RECORDS]. Cost assumptions (average hourly rate of attendees if I want to use it): [HOURLY_RATE]. For each meeting score from 1 to 5 on clarity of purpose, preparation, participation balance, decisions made, actions with owners and dates, and follow-through. Calculate total person-hours and the estimated cost with the arithmetic if I provided rates, and label the cost as an estimate. Identify meetings that could have been shorter, smaller, or asynchronous. Make a table with findings and propose a redesign for each (agenda format, time boxes that add up, roles, pre-reading, decision rule). Draft a one-page meeting norms sheet. Do not judge individuals; focus on the process and mark missing information. Add a worked cost estimate: 7 people for 90 minutes is 10.5 person-hours; at an average of 40 per hour that is 420, labelled as an estimate; the meeting produced one decision and three actions, two without owners. Include a redesigned 45-minute agenda with time boxes that sum correctly.
