Review a Power BI report. Description of each page: visuals, titles, colours, filters and navigation: [REPORT_DESCRIPTION]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Our standards: [STANDARDS].

Score each page from 1 to 5 on clear purpose, visual choice, labels and titles, consistency, interaction, and accessibility (contrast, alt text, tab order, font size, no colour-only meaning, keyboard use). State the evidence for each score in a few words, such as 'title reads Sales by Region, not a finding', quote the weakest element and give a fix. Give the average score per criterion and identify the lowest, count pages below 4 and the share. Check consistency across pages: the same colours for the same categories, filter order and number formats, and that a metric looks the same everywhere. Show a corrected title and layout for one page.

Return a table and a prioritised list of fixes with estimated minutes, and a short style guide. A review from a description cannot replace testing: use the keyboard, a screen reader and a colour-blindness simulator [VERIFY tools], and watch someone use the report for five minutes without helping. Keep suggestions within what I described.
