Review governance of our Power BI workspaces as a defensive review of my organisation's own environment; recommend tightening and ownership, not workarounds. Workspaces, owners, members and roles: [WORKSPACES]. Datasets and reports shared widely or externally: [SHARED_ITEMS]. Sensitive data types: [SENSITIVE_DATA]. Our policy: [POLICY].

Start by listing the current workspace structure and the proposed one beside it. Check for too many admins, personal workspaces used for shared reports, datasets duplicated by different people with different numbers (propose which should be certified), reports with no owner, sensitive data shared via links, external sharing, and lack of certified datasets. Rate by risk and effort. Describe what certification means here: who approves, what is checked, and how users find certified content [VERIFY], as a five-step process.

Return a table, a 90-day plan ranked by risk, a quarterly review routine, and questions for the tenant administrator on sharing settings, sensitivity labels and external access. Mark admin and licence details [VERIFY], and list what is outside my knowledge. Do not ask me to paste secrets or personal data.
