Review a usability report for inclusion. Report text: [REPORT_TEXT]. Participant description: [PARTICIPANTS]. Devices and settings used: [DEVICES_AND_SETTINGS].

Check whether participants included people who use assistive technology, whether sessions covered keyboard use, screen readers, magnification and voice input where relevant, whether accessibility barriers were recorded as findings with severity, and whether recommendations name specific fixes. Note groups missing from the sample and the limits that places on the conclusions.

Return a table of gaps, a short plan for adding inclusive testing with fair compensation, and a checklist for future reports. Do not claim compliance with any standard; list what was and was not tested.

Add a worked gap list: none of the eight participants used a screen reader; two used large text; no keyboard-only sessions; the report recorded no accessibility issues, which is not the same as there being none. Plan: recruit four participants who use assistive technology, test the core flow, record barriers with severity, and fix the high-severity ones first. Estimate costs of fair compensation and recruitment time.

Add a closing step: add a standing section to every report headed Who we did not test with and what that means.
