Review insights. List of insight statements with evidence: [INSIGHTS]. Rate each from 1 to 3 for novelty, evidence and actionability. Flag statements that are observations, vague, obvious or unsupported. Rewrite weak ones under 40 words in the form user needs X because Y, which means we could Z. Return a table and a revised list. Add a worked scoring of three invented insights. Insight A, users abandon because of price, evidence 2 of 10 mentioned price, novelty 1, evidence 1, actionability 2, total 4 out of 9; weak. Insight B, users export data because they must combine it with other numbers, evidence 6 of 10 showed it, novelty 3, evidence 3, actionability 3, total 9; strong. Show rewrites for weak ones. Add a closing step: for each surviving insight, name the decision it informs and the person who owns that decision, and drop insights with neither. Add a closing line with a three-question check for every final insight: what did we see, why might it happen, and what could we do about it?
