Review user access in HubSpot as a defensive review of my own account. Users with seats, roles, teams, permissions to export, delete, edit workflows and see sensitive properties, and last login: [USER_LIST]. Our policy: [POLICY]. Check super admins who do not need the rights, people who can export contacts without need, inactive users with seats, former staff, shared logins, and sensitive properties visible to many; for each risky permission ask who needs it and why. Total the cost of inactive seats: 5 seats at 45 a month is 225 a month, 2,700 a year. Propose a role matrix for Marketing, Sales, Service and Admin showing view, edit, export and delete for contacts, companies, deals, tickets, workflows and reports as plain Yes or No, to confirm against what the platform allows [VERIFY]. Recommend at least two administrators and no more than needed, and sign-in protections for all users. Add a joiner and leaver checklist, including removing a user and reassigning records the same day, and a quarterly review where managers confirm their team's access. Base findings on the list and ask for missing data.
