Create a matrix with workflows as rows and the audiences they enrol as columns so overlaps are visible, then describe the worst overlap in plain words. Check for loops where one workflow's action triggers another, missing exclusion of customers, unsubscribed contacts and people in sales conversations, workflows with no owner, old workflows still on, and actions that change many properties. Return a table, a priority order of fixes, and a safe method for changing active workflows, such as cloning and testing with test contacts first [VERIFY]. Do not recommend switching off a workflow without understanding who relies on it. Add a template documenting each workflow with owner, purpose, last test and review date.
