Canva Elements, Photos and Licensing Review (Education Only)
Check the use of stock content and permissions.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Review the use of images and elements in our Canva designs. List of designs with the content types used (free, premium, uploaded, AI-generated if any), the sources of uploaded content, and where each is used (internal, social, paid ads, print for sale): [CONTENT_USE]. Sort items into three groups: clearly allowed for the use described, uncertain, and not allowed or unknown. Flag content with an unknown source, uploads without permission, photos of identifiable people without consent, trademarks and logos of others, and uses the licence may not allow. For each uncertain item list what to check in the current licence terms, such as whether commercial use, resale products and modification are allowed and whether credit is required [VERIFY], and who to ask. For photos of people list the consent questions, especially for children, and the rules of the place of use. Return a table, a source log the team can keep, and a policy of uploading only content with a known source. This is educational and not legal advice; do not state what is lawful, list checks and questions.
