Review sharing in Canva as a defensive check of my own team's access. Folders, brand kit access, link sharing settings and members with roles: [ACCESS_LIST]. Sensitive items such as unreleased campaigns: [SENSITIVE_ITEMS].

List each design or folder with its link setting, the people with access and its sensitivity, then group findings: links open to anyone, editors who should only comment, people who have left, external collaborators, and brand kit permissions. For each state the realistic risk in plain words, such as an unreleased campaign visible to anyone who finds the link, the smallest change that fixes it, and who decides.

Return a table, a joiner, mover and leaver routine, a quarterly review of about 30 minutes, and a message asking design owners to confirm their settings. Base findings on the list and ask for missing data. Mark settings [VERIFY]. List the questions you could not answer from my list, such as who owns each folder, so I can find out. Do not ask me to paste link addresses or passwords; names and settings are enough.
