Audit colour consistency across the files of a campaign. Files with colour mode, profile, the swatch values used for brand colours, and observed differences between screen and print: [CAMPAIGN_FILES]. The brand's specified values in each colour system: [BRAND_COLOURS]. The printer's specification: [PRINTER_SPEC].

Build a table of each brand colour with its specified values and the values found in each file, and mark mismatches. Flag files mixing RGB and CMYK incorrectly, missing or different profiles, spot colours converted by mistake, and images converted without proofing. Count mismatches by file and by colour.

Explain the likely causes in plain words: conversion between colour systems without a shared profile, images with an embedded profile that differs from the document, and brand colours typed as numbers instead of picked from a shared library. Propose fixes: a shared swatch library with a naming scheme, document presets, soft proofing, and a printed proof against a sample.

Remind me that screens differ and a printed proof is the reference [VERIFY]. Include a test: view the same file on two similar screens and compare with the print. Return the table, the causes and a fix plan in priority order.
