Audit Creative Cloud seat use in my own organisation. List of licences with user, plan, last sign-in and apps used if known: [SEAT_LIST]. Cost per seat: [COST]. Contract notice period if known: [NOTICE].

Create a table and classify each seat as active, light use, inactive for 90 days, or shared or unclear. Calculate the cost of inactive seats over a year with arithmetic, for example 6 seats at 55 a month is 330 a month, 3,960 a year. Recommend reassign, downgrade or remove, always after confirming with the user's manager, and note the notice period [VERIFY].

Explain that shared logins may breach licence terms and weaken security, and propose named accounts. This is a cost and compliance review, not legal advice, and terms differ by contract [VERIFY].

Write a short message to users asking whether they still need access, and set up a quarterly review. Do not remove access before the user has had the chance to reply.
